Hmm, well when I played I had it in more than one forum. (Though, one of the forums I went to only had 3 active members. >_<)
So I think having your sig on more than one forum would be valid, but I'm not sure.
That question should be in the FAQ...

Why would you think there is a limit on how many forums you can post your sig to?
