How can I change my signature image?

It is very simple to change your signature image after you've signed up. If you've created a new signature image and like that one more than the one you currently have, just go to the Account Setup page. You'll see the second box allows you to upload a new image. Choose your new image and upload it. Your signature image is still the same and you don't have to change anything in your code.
